We have two public swimming pools - an adult’s pool and a children’s pool. Do not leave young children unattended. Please note that we have no lifeguards on duty and usage of the pool is at your own risk. 

Guests can also enjoy their very own private pool in the comfort of their own rooms.

Towels are provided in our rooms. In order to help us conserve the environment, towels will not be changed daily during your stay at the hotel. Should you need more towels or require a change of towels, please feel free to contact our Housekeeping desk. These towels are to be used exclusively in the rooms only. If you need towels for outside use, they are available at our public pool area.

No, we do not have lifeguards on duty at our public pools or the beach. Although we will try to keep an eye on things, the sole responsibility for your safety as well as that of your children and guests still lies on you. Be vigilant and use your best judgment.

In-room electronic safes are included in all hotel rooms and suites for your use and convenience. Kindly note that our hotel is not liable for unattended personal belongings or valuable items left in public areas or unsecured in your rooms.

Yes, our concierge desk strives to offer you an exceptional hospitality experience. They will be your first point of contact for any questions that you may have, offering you assistance in coordinating on-site and off-site services. Our concierge desk is available 24 hours.

We have local confectionery, clothing, souvenirs and original goods.

If you forget something on site, we can get them back to you within approximately one month, if it is found. There is a minimum fee for this service plus the cost of shipping. The actual fee may vary according to delivery charges and your location. When you contact us in regard to your lost item, we will require a shipping address and credit card information for payment.

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson offers a variety of motorized and non-motorized water sports, which are available daily at 9:00am to 7:00pm (last call at 6:30pm). Some of the water sports activities that are available are Jet Ski, Kayak, Banana Boat (4 to 7 pax), Bandwagon (2 to 6 pax), Airhead (2 to 5 pax) and Tour Boat (5 to 12 pax).

Water sports activities are subject to weather conditions.

We also offer a 90-minute sunset cruise, letting you chill on beanbags, enjoy complimentary snacks onboard, or relax in the saltwater jacuzzi. The cruise will take you from PD World Marina all the way up to Teluk Kemang, along the Straits of Malacca.

The sunset cruise takes place from 6:00pm to 7:30pm daily. To make a booking, please visit the Photo Booth area located at the lobby area of the Main Building.

Visually stimulating, Kidz World is a fun enclosed playground where toddlers will have great fun with their friends while exploring a range of activities designed to introduce them to new experiences including sand art, mug painting, henna tattoo, face painting, batik painting and so much more. The Giant Bubble activity is available from 8:00am to 7:00pm (Sundays to Thursdays) and from 8:00am to 9:00pm (Fridays, Saturdays, Public Holidays and School Holidays) and is available at the Kidz World foyer, located on the 2nd floor of the Main Building. 

Yes. Our gym offers free weights, medicine balls, weight-training machines and cardiovascular machines including cross-trainers and treadmills. Our gym operates daily from 8:00am to 12:00am (sportswear is mandatory), with a sauna room available right next door.
 

Our hotel features our signature spa - LexSpa, where you can indulge in a wide variety of wellness rituals, face and body treatments and relaxing massages, all performed by an expert team of massage therapists and beauticians. LexSpa is located on the 2nd floor and is open from 10:00am to 7:00pm (Sundays to Thursdays) and from 9:00am to 9:00pm (Fridays, Saturdays & Public Holidays). If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged.

March to December is the wet season, with April experiencing the highest average temperature and October is monsoon season. Temperature ranges between 20°C to 30°C.
